Sound Advice was founded in 1991 by Dr. Beverly Lew, Au.D., when she opened her first practice — Hearing Care Associates — in North Hollywood. In 1998 she rebranded, relocated to the Burbank media district, and spent the next three decades quietly building one of the area's most respected practices. Today, Sound Advice is the audiologist in Burbank, CA known for honest conversation, individualized care, and patient relationships that span generations.

Patient CoordinatorZachary is a full-time Health Science student at California State University, Northridge, and a patient coordinator at Sound Advice. Passionate about helping others and meeting new people, he handles appointment scheduling, intake, and front-of-house support, and is always happy to listen to whatever questions or suggestions patients bring in. Outside of work and school, Zachary volunteers as a camera operator at his church, trains at the gym, watches sports, and spends time with friends.
Monique Maranto
Front Desk Manager & Insurance BillerMonique is Sound Advice's Front Desk Manager and Insurance Biller, bringing 13+ years of prior medical experience across both audiology and physician practices. She is an honors graduate in Medical Management from Glendale Career College and handles patient intake, onboarding, and insurance verification and billing. A mother of four, Monique enjoys cooking with her husband, hosting family game nights, going to the movies, and cheering on the Dodgers.
